1/4 pt Strawberries (cut in 1/4)
2 x Apricots (seeded and cut in 1/4)
2 x Fresh Figs (cut in 1/4)
1 oz Port Wine

1/2 oz Mascarpone Cheese
1 tbl Sugar

Wash, dry, and cut the fruit.

Steep the fruit in the Port Wine for 30 minutes.

Stir the Mascarpone Cheese, sugar and vanilla together.

Put the fruit in a serving dish and top with the mascarpone cream.

Simple. Delightful.
