Instructions: Steam the spring roll wrappers. Place one wrapper on a flat surface, then place a 6 in square piece piece of lettuce leaf on the lower portion of the wrapper. Arrange a twelfth of each chinese sausage, tofu, cucumber, bean sprouts and spinach on top of the lettuce leaf.
Roll the bottom of the wrapper up, bring the sides in and continue to roll all the way up. Repeat for the rest of the wrappers. Slice the rolls and serve with a peanut sauce. Email this Recipe:
