Instructions: Put cream cheese, confectioners sugar and lemon juice into small bowl. Mix well with mixer for about 5 minutes.

2. Smooth cream cheese mixture all around berry with table knife, leaving just stem showing. Put chopped pecans on a plate; roll strawberries in nuts until coated on all sides. (You can also coat strawberries in colored sprinkles.) Serve right away or refrigerate up to 1 hour.
