1 x deep-dish pie shell, baked per package instructions
3 lrg tomatoes, peeled, seeded and sliced
2 x -3 green onions, chopped
1 tbl fresh basil, chopped
1 tbl fresh chives, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste
Make layers in the pie shell beginning with tomato, top with half the green
Instructions:
Instructions: Slices. Mix mayonnaise and cheese. Spread on top. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 F.
