3 cups
Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 kg tomatoes
1 x bayleaf
1 tbl basil, chopped
2 tsp garlic, crushed
Instructions:
Instructions: Finely chop the tomato flesh.

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cover. Genty bring to the boil. Simmer for at least 20 minutes. Remove lid. Turn heat up slightly. Reduce to thicken, as desired.

Makes approximately 2 1/2 cups.
