Instructions: Remove core from tomatoes and squeeze out and discard seeds and juice.
Cut tomato in small dice. Finely dice onion. Put the garlic through a garlic press or mince finely. Finely shred the basil. Mix all ingredients and let sit for awhile in regrigerator for flavors to blend. Serve with a good crusty bread to dip up the relish. Email this Recipe:
