3 med tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 sm green pepper, chopped
3 x Cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup Sliced green onions
2 tbl Fresh coriander, chopped
1 tbl Jalapeno pepper, finely chopped

3 tbl Lime juice
1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour to blend flavors.
