1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tbl grated lemon peel
1 tsp olive oil
1 x clove garlic -- minced
4 x tuna steaks -- 4 oz each, 1" thick
Instructions:
Instructions: In a small bowl, combine parsley, lemon peel, oil, and garlic; mix well. Set aside.

Line broiler pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Place tuna steaks on foil-lined pan; sprinkle with salt. Broil about 4 inches from heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, topping steaks with parsley mixture during last 1 minute of broiling time.

Yield: 4 servings.
