2 can (8oz ea) cresent rolls -
Pillsbury or best choice
8 oz Lite sour cream
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 cup Fresh chopped tomatoes
1 cup Broccoli florets
1/2 cup Chopped green bell peppers
1/2 cup Chopped green onions
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oven to 375 deg f. Separate roll dough into 4 long rectangles. Press into 10 x 15 baking dish sideways, over bottom and 1" up sides. Seal perforations. Bake for 14 to 19 minutes or until golden. Cool completely.

Blend sour cream salt and pepper. spread over bottom. Top with remaining ingredients. Cut into 12 pieces.

Note: you may use any vegetables that may be eaten raw.
