Ingredients:

1 sm English cucumber peeled, and
cut in 1/2" dice - (abt 2 cups)
1/2 pt cherry tomatoes - (abt 1 cup) halved
1/4 cup thinly-sliced mild radishes
3 tbl minced red onion
3 tbl thinly-sliced basil leaves
2 tbl white balsamic vinegar
1 tbl olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Place the cucumber, tomatoes, radishes, onion and basil in a bowl. Combine the vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper to taste in a small dish. Add to the vegetables. Use your hands to toss until well mixed. (This can be made several hours ahead and refrigerated. Before serving, toss well, drain off excess liquid and toss in basil leaves. Taste; adjust seasoning.)

Serve chilled or at room temperature. If making ahead, add the basil leaves just before serving.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
