Instructions: Saute the vegetables in a pan coated with olive oil spray. Add the cut up tomatoes and cook down. Add a little red wine and some freshly grated parmesan. Pour over hot pasta. (I just use a few sprigs of the herbs-probably more of the basil because its the easiest to chop up, less of the oregano only because I hate fooling around with those tiny leaves!)
