2 cup	watermelon seeded and coarsely
2 tbl	onion -- chopped
2 tbl	water chestnuts -- chopped
3 tbl	Anaheim chilies -- chopped
63/1000 tbl	baslsamic vinegar

Instructions:

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

2. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

3. Serve as a relish or serve with grilled chicken.
