Instructions: Mix together in small bowl: corn meal, flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
Mix in main bowl: milk, melted margarine, egg and cheese, just until moistened. Put about 1/4 cup on hot, slightly greased, grill or skillet. Cook like pancakes until brown on both sides. Add a little milk if batter gets too thick. Serve with butter and honey. Eat like pancakes. Email this Recipe:
