4 x Duck breasts filleted off bone,
and cut total of eight portions see * Note
Soy sauce as needed
1/2 cup Cooking oil
1 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Onion power
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Paprika
Instructions:
Instructions: * Note: If using goose, one breast will make several sandwiches.

Tenderize breast meat with meat mallet. Dip breast into soy sauce. Add all remaining ingredients to flour. Coat breast with flour mixture. Place oil in frying pan, cook over medium heat until golden-brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve with horsey sauce and lettuce on brown or white sandwich bread.
