Tenderize breast meat with meat mallet. Dip breast into soy sauce. Add all remaining ingredients to flour. Coat breast with flour mixture. Place oil in frying pan, cook over medium heat until golden-brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve with horsey sauce and lettuce on brown or white sandwich bread. Email this Recipe:
