Instructions: Fry the the bacon first.
Make a few nicks with a pair of scissors along the fat edge of some back bacon (this stops it frilling while its cooking) then add a tiny spot of groundnut oil (about a teaspoon) to a fairly hot frying pan and fry the rashers until they are crisp and golden. Transfer them to a warm plate blotting them with kitchen paper and keep them warm while you fry the eggs in the fat left from the bacon. (qv how to fry eggs) Email this Recipe:
