1 lb Elk meat
Marinade your favorite
1 cup Flour
1/8 tsp Paprika
Tarragon to taste
Thyme to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut meat into chunks to fry. Marinate meat in your favorite marinade in the refrigerator for 7 hours. Coat each piece with mixture of flour, paprika, pepper, tarragon and thyme. Fry chunks of prepared elk in oil until golden-brown.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
