Instructions: Peel and boil potatoes until tender. Mash well.
Poach or steam fish. Flake fine. Dice onion. Combine the potato, onion, cooked fish and mixed vegetables and spices, make spoonfuls into patties, and flatten. Roll them in egg and coat in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan and brown patties on both sides. Drain well. Serve hot with tatare sauce, tomato sauce lemon wedges and salad. Serves 4. Email this Recipe:
