Instructions: Peel onions, slice thinly, and then separate into rings. Put into a bowl, add milk and let stand 30 minutes. Drain well and reserve milk.
Beat egg, milk, salt and flour well to make a smooth batter. Dip each onion ring into batter and drop into deep hot oil, a few rings at a time. Fry until golden brown, drain well, sprinkle with salt and serve immediately. Email this Recipe:
