Instructions: Mix the sliced potatoes salt and chilli powder and set aside for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a deep kadai or wok. Roll each seasoned slice in the flour shake off the excess and deep fry on a low heat until crisp and cooked. Fry a few slices at a time to ensure even cooking.
