2 tbl Vegetable oil
2 x Garlic cloves, finely chopped
8 x Raw king prawns, peeled and de-veined
1 tbl Grilled chilli oil, (chiu chow)
120 gm Mouli, finely diced
1 tbl Light soy sauce
2 tbl Fish sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: In a wok or frying pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic until golden brown.

Add the chillies and stir, then add the prawns and stir well.

Add the remaining ingredients in turn, stirring constantly. When the sugar has been stirred in, turn on to a dish and serve.
