3 tbl vegetable oil
2 tbl onions, chopped
1 tbl garlic, chopped
1/2 cup green beans, chopped
2 tbl peppery curry paste, see
recipe
5 cup cooked long-grain rice
2 tbl soy sauce
----------------- GARNISH ----------------
1 tbl cilantro leaves, chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion & stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add the garlic & continue to stir-fry for a few minutes, until both are golden. Add the beans & curry paste & stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the rice & soy sauce & stir-fry until hot through, be careful not to overcook.

Serve with the garnishes.
