Instructions: Defrost the short ribs and cut each piece into 2 halves. Marinate with the seasonings. Fry the short ribs in hot oil till the color turns golden yellow. Take out and drain oil. Mash the shallots and saute with a little oil. Add sauce to make a sweet sauce. Dip the short ribs into the sweet sauce. Dish up and serve.
