Instructions: Clean the fish and remove the backbone.
Defrost the frozen fish. Stir the margarine or butter with chopped parsley or grated horseradish. Put two fillets together skinside out with a little filling between. Dip both sides in flour mixed with bread crumbs salt and pepper. Heat a skillet with margarine butter or oil. When the foam subsides add the fish and fry both sides till a golden brown.
