1 kg whole stromming or 1 pkt frozen fillet of stromming
salt

2 tbl margarine or butter
50 gm finely chopped parsley or
4 tbl grated horseradish
flour
fine dry bread crumbs
salt
white pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Clean the fish and remove the backbone.

Defrost the frozen fish.

Stir the margarine or butter with chopped parsley or grated horseradish.

Put two fillets together skinside out with a little filling between.

Dip both sides in flour mixed with bread crumbs salt and pepper.

Heat a skillet with margarine butter or oil.

When the foam subsides add the fish and fry both sides till a golden brown.

Serve at once with mashed or boiled potatoes and creamed vegetables.
