Instructions: Heat oil in deep fryer or large pot to 375 degrees. Stir masa and water together. Form into balls and flatten using tortilla press or place between two sheets of wax paper and roll until about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into bite-sized strips. Fry until lightly browned and crisp, or for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain on paper. Sprinkle with salt.
