Ingredients:

2 jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, chopped reserve marinade
3 x Green onions, chopped
1 lrg Garlic clove, mashed
4 x Eggs, beaten
6 x Soda crackers, crushed
1/2 lb Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbl Parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute onion and garlic in reserved marinade until limp. Beat eggs and add crackers, cheese, parsley, chopped artichokes, onion/garlic mixture, and salt and pepper.

Put all into a buttered 8 x 8 baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes, until set (test with a toothpick).

Cut into squares and serve.
