Instructions: Saute onion and garlic in reserved marinade until limp. Beat eggs and add crackers, cheese, parsley, chopped artichokes, onion/garlic mixture, and salt and pepper.
Put all into a buttered 8 x 8 baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes, until set (test with a toothpick). Cut into squares and serve. Email this Recipe:
