600 gm fresh dublin prawns
600 gm small squid
flour
salt
olive oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Peel the prawns and devein them.

Clean the squid and cut the body into rings.

Pat the seafood dry and dip them into some flour seasoned with a little salt.

Deep fry the fish in hot olive oil then drain on kitchen paper.

Serve sprinkled with salt and lemon wedges.

Serves 4
