1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup finely-chopped red onion
2 tsp minced garlic
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup steak sauce
2 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl white wine vinegar
1 tbl ground coffee
2 tsp dried chervil
1/2 tsp celery seeds
Instructions:
Instructions: In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Transfer sauce to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to use.

This recipe yields about 2 cups.
