Instructions: Cook the pasta according to directions on the pack. Meanwhile, drain the mussels and chop. Soak onions in icy water. String and slice celery. To make the dressing combine lemon rind and juice, garlic, parsley, basil, oil, salt and pepper. Spoon through the hot pasta with the mussels and onion.
