Instructions: With skewer, pole holes in cake. Sprinkle cake with orange juice; set aside. Pour cream into mixing bowl. Sift together sugar and cocoa; blend into cream. Beat until spreading consistency. Spread over top and sides of cake. Refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with almonds and orange slices (if using).
