Instructions: Combine oil and milk in medium bowl. Add Fruitsource and blend well with mixer. Beat in Egg Replacer and vanilla. Sift flour into a small bowl. Sift again together with remaining dry ingredients. Fold into chocolate mixture, stirring as little as possible until blended. Pour into
greased square pan and bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes. Cool and then frost. NOTES : Fruitsource is a dry, natural sweetener put out by a confections company by the same name. It is made of dehydrated brown rice syrup and white grape juice. In the brownie recipe, I actually use half Fruitsource and half sucanat (evaporated whole cane juice), both which may be found in some, but unfortunately not all health food stores, often in bulk sections. If you are not concerned about refined sugar consumption, you can easily substitute granulated white sugar in my recipe. I love these things, very rich, very gooey, taste like theyre loaded with fat. Kinda different-tasting, Im aware, if youre not already used to "health food," but nothing satisfies my craving for deep chocolate like these Email this Recipe:
