Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp finely shredded orange peel
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 x eggs
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup snipped dried cranberries
Orange Frosting
2 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 tsp butter, softened
1 tbl orange juice
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30
seconds. Add sugar, honey, orange peel, baking soda and salt. Beat mixture until combined, scraping bowl occasionally. Beat in eggs, sour cream and vanilla until combined. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer. Stir in any remaining flour. Fold in cranberries. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 oven for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.

transfer cookies to wire racks to cool completely. Frost with Orange Frosting.

Orange Frosting: In a small mixing bowl combine sugar, butter and orange juice. Stir in
additional orange juice, 1 teaspoon at a time, until frosting reaches spreading consistency.

Makes 1 cup of frosting. 40 cookies
