2 tsp Baking powder
3/4 cup Butter
1 tsp Soda
2 x Eggs
3/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Milk
1 tbl Grated orange peel
1/3 cup Orange juice
1/2 cup Flour
----------------- FROSTING ----------------
1/3 cup Orange juice
1 tbl Butter
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix together, drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet, bake at 375 for 10 minutes, frost while warm

Frosting: add enough powdered sugar until creamy, then frost.
