1 cup salad oil
2 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
----------------- FROSTING ----------------
3 oz cream cheese
6 tbl margarine
3/4 lb powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased and floured large cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees, let cool, then frost.
