Instructions: In small mixing bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.
In large mixer bowl, beat butter for one minute. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add egg, pumpkin and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture, mix until well-blended. Stir in walnuts and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls two inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for two minutes, then transfer to wire rack to finish cooling. For frosting: Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in a medium bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth. Frost cooled cookies. Email this Recipe:
