Instructions: Frosteds are super sodas. First mix syrup with a small amount of ice cream and then add soda water to fill the glass. Carefully spoon several spoonfuls of the same flavor of ice cream as the syrup around the top of the glass to make a cover for the glass. Then spoon vanilla ice cream on top of it and finish it off with whipped cream and a cherry. What you have done is covered the soda. It is frosted.
