Instructions: Make chocolate pudding as directed on package but add 1 square unsweet- ened chocolate to the pudding. Melt the chocolate first.

Serve warm or cold in bowls and add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle of the pudding and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
