2 x loaves Rhodes frozen bread dough
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 lrg packag vanilla pudding, not instant
1/4 cup milk
Cinnamon, to taste
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Thaw bread but do not allow to rise. Sprinkle chopped nuts on bottom of greased 9x13-inch pan. Break bite size pieces off of one loaf and drop on nuts (use entire loaf). Melt butter, and then add brown sugar, pudding mix, milk and cinnamon. Mix together; bring to good boil. Pour over first loaf of bread in pan. Then use second loaf of bread, breaking off bite size pieces. Place around in pan. Cover with wax paper. Allow to rise 3 hours. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. After removing from oven, allow to cool 5 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar frosting and immediately turn upside down onto serving tray.
