Instructions: Wash strawberries; remove and discard caps. Puree berries in blender or food processor; set aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick and creamy, 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in pureed berries, sour cream, whipping cream and vanilla. Pour into ice cream canister.
Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturers directions. Makes about 2 quarts. Email this Recipe:
