1 x Dole fresh pineapple
2 med firm Dole bananas sliced diagonally
2 x Dole oranges peeled, sliced
1/2 cup thinly-sliced Dole red onion
1/2 lb low- fat sharp Cheddar cheese cut 1" cubes
2 jar marinated artichoke hearts - (6 oz ea) drained
Dole green or red leaf lettuce for serving
Instructions:
Instructions: Twist crown from pineapple. Quarter pineapple lengthwise. Remove core. Cut whole fruit from skin. Slice fruit into thin wedges.

Arrange fruit, onion, cheese and artichoke hearts on lettuce-lined platter. Drizzle dressing evenly over platter.

This recipe yields 10 servings.
