Instructions: Beat together eggs, sugar and flour. Add baking soda and vanilla to mixture. Fold in fruit cocktail and salt. Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

Mix together brown sugar and nuts and sprinkle over batter.

Bake cake at 350 degrees for one hour.
