Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In mixer bowl, combine, cake mix, fruit cocktail, eggs, oil, 1 cup coconut, and pudding. Beat well with mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together brown sugar and nuts and sprinkle over batter. Bake for about 45 minutes.
While cake is baking, mix margarine, sugar and milk in small pan; cook and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add the remaining 1 1/3 cups coconut. Spread over baked cake. Serves 10 Email this Recipe:
