Instructions: To make your own flavored vodkas, use clean fruits with their stems removed. Fill a vessel of your choice, such as a canning jar, a mason jar, or a carafe, with one type of fruit. Then, cover the fruit with very high-quality vodka, filling the vessel to just below where the cork will be. Cork, and let sit for at least 6 weeks. The vodka will be imbued with some flavor after just a few hours, but the longer it sits, the tastier the results.
