Instructions: In a small saucepan, combine chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of the milk. Cook over medium-low heat until chocolate is melted, stirring constantly.
Stir in remaining milk and simmer 6 to 8 minutes or until mixture is thick and smooth, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in almond extract. Arrange fruit on a serving platter. Pour warm chocolate dip into a cup, place on the platter with fruit, and serve immediately. This recipe yields 6 servings.
