Amount Ingredient
1 cup almond milk
(vanilla flavor is the best)
1 tbl flax seeds
1 x serving vegetable protein powder
(follow package measurements)
1/2 cup frozen berries - (to 3/4)
(whatever berries you like)
Instructions:
Instructions: Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder. Then add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
