4 tbl	orange-flavored liqueur, OR
4 tbl	frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup	frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed *
2 tsp	sugar
1 tsp	grated orange peel
1 cup	diced nectarines
1 cup	seedless green grapes, cut in half
1 cup	sliced strawberries
1 cup	diced cantaloupe
1 cup	fresh or frozen blueberries
	Swirl this colorful sauce into plain

Instructions:

Instructions: In large bowl, combine orange liqueur, juice concentrate, sugar and orange peel; mix well. Add fruit; toss gently to combine. Store in refrigerator.

TIP:
* To prepare orange juice with remaining concentrate, mix 1 part concentrate and 3 parts water, or save juice concentrate for a later use.
