Instructions: Place prepared fruit into a liquidizer or food processor and process with the lemon juice.
Add icing sugar and process for 1 minute. Pour into an ice cream maker or freezer tray with lid. Freeze until slushy approximately 2-3 hours. Return the mixture to the processor and process until smooth, this breaks down the ice particles. Freeze until firm, preferably overnight.
