Instructions: Drain and reserve the juices from the pineapples and apricots. Add enough of the apricot juice to the pineapple juice to make 1 cup. Mix juice with pudding mix in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until thickened. Beat well. Let sauce cool. Pour over fruit and chill well. This is great served with breakfast casseroles.
