1/2 cup orange juice or apple juice or
mixed fruit juice
1/2 cup brewed organic green tea or fruit juice
1/4 cup berries of your choice
1 x banana
1 tsp grated lemon peel
Instructions:
Instructions: 1 SERVING DAIRY-FREE

Shakes are a great way to incorporate soy into your diet. Plan to ahve at least one a day.

In blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.

Refrigerate until well chilled.
