Instructions: I make blender smoothies frequently, and all I really do is modify recipes I find to what I have in the fridge.
If I have a lot of fruit to put in, Ill use vanilla yogurt so I wont have lots of conflicting flavors, but I also have used banana or strawberry yogurt. For the fruit, I usually use a ripe banana, and occasionally toss in a few strawberries, although I dont like the little seeds you get from the strawberries. As for the juice or milk, I just grab whatevers on hand - usually ruby red grapefruit juice. I just dump it all in, putting the ice cubes in last, and blend! Email this Recipe:
