4 pkt Rainbow Trout--6 To 8 Oz. Ea.
2 tbl Butter Or Margarine, melted
1 tbl Lemon Juice
----------------- Fruit Stuffing ----------------
1 cup Plain Croutons
1/3 cup Diced Fruits And Raisins
2 tbl Butter Or Margarine, melted
2 tbl Dry White Wine
1/8 tsp Ground Allspice
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease jelly roll pan, 15-1/2 X 10-1/2 X 1 inch.

Stuff fish with Fruit Stuffing. Close openings with skewers or wooden picks if necessary. Place fish in pan. Mix margarine and lemon juice. Drizzle over fish. Bake uncovered 15 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. 4 SERVINGS

NOTES : To Grill: Grease wire grill. Place stuffed fish on grill. Cover and grill about 4 inches from medium coals 12 to 15 minutes, turning fish once and brushing occasionally with margarine mixture until fish flakes easily with fork. FRUIT STUFFING: Mix all ingredients until liquid is absorbed
